Sadness

Today was a sad day. There were moments of happiness that shone through the sadness, but it was still a sad day.

Mike's cousin, Matt's funeral was today. The talks and musical numbers were beautiful and moving.

There was a quote on the back of the program that makes me tear up a little everytime I see it, because it applies not only to Matt, but to our Colton who is also missed very, very much.

Don't cry because it's over.

Smile because it happened.

So here's to trying to get back to somewhat normal, hopefully smiling, and praying there is no more sadness for a long, long while.
