We ordered our new washer and dryer yesterday. They called today to say that they would deliver it on Tuesday, and would call Monday to set up an exact time.
WOOHOO!!! I thought for sure I would be doing laundry next week in the laundromat. Nope, not so! I will have my own laundry room. With my own equipment. Equipment that no one has used before. I am so excited!!!!

When my husband and I bought our first condo, my mom and dad bought us a washer and dryer, the first time since I left home that I didn't have to go to the laundromat or use communal washers and dryers in an apartment. It was like heaven! That washer and dryer lasted more than 25 years, and I have never gotten over being grateful that I can do a load of laundry any time I want to, even in the middle of the night, and I don't have to share with anybody!!
