Mike was the master BBQ-er. He bought a charcoal starter, which was supposed to make it go faster, but it didn't. Oh well!
Marshy was hungry (because he now has Prater-Willey, I swear! He is eating constantly!) so we gave him some 'mato and chips. He did pretty good and ate half the tomato and most of the chips before he got up to play.
Our neighbor, Joe, brought some frisbees and balls over to play with with the kids. Marshy was a little toy-hog! He ran around with all the toys screaming "MINE MINE MINE!"
He loved the frisbees, even if he didn't/couldn't throw them!
Mike, the Master Griller. He did an awesome job making the burgers.
Joe kept trying to get Marshy to share the frisbees. They were his, afterall! haha
It was really nice until about 7, when it started to cool off. By about 7:30 it was too cold to stay out any longer, so we packed up and went home. Marshy was frozen and sticky so we "threw" him in the tub before bedtime. He was so tired from the fun that he went right to sleep! HOORAY! :)
We're hoping that the weather stays nice from now on so that we can have more BBQs.

Didn't you ever hear the toddler creed?
If I want it,
IT'S MINE!
If I give it to you and change my mind later,
IT'S MINE!
If I can take it away from you,
IT'S MINE!
If it's mine it will never belong to anybody else,
No matter what.
If we are building something together,
All the pieces are mine!
If it looks just like mine,
IT'S MINE!
If it breaks or needs putting away,
IT'S YOURS!
