Weird

So I just found out that, after taking amoxicillin for 10 days (and having taken it in the past) that I am ALLERGIC to it.

Last night I broke out in hives all over my arms and legs. I went to the clinic today and found out that, yes, I am allergic.


Mike still wants me to go get a full allergy panel done, because he thinks it's weird that it wouldn't have happened before now. I agree. The only problem is that the only allergist in my area that is accepted by my insurance is the "quack" I saw last spring.

So, I might have to drive up to the Salty City to get this taken care of. So not my favorite thing, but you gotta do what you gotta do, right?


Oh, and in happier news: I get my sutures out on Wednesday. I cannot wait to bite into a nice juicy hamburger! YAY!
